Before you sync products to Shopee, you are required to enable Shopee logistic channel

It will appear message like this ： ||| Something went wrong! Logistic channel ( id: 29910 ) not in shop logistic list!

Go to Shopee seller center and click 'My Shipping' under Setting tab. ONLY enable 'Others' shipping option. Disable DHL & J&T shipping options.

How To Sync Product To Shopee

Step 1 : Select an Item, click "Add to Mystore"

Step 2 : Click "Go to Mystore" button.

Step 3 : Select the product from mystore click the "Shopee" logo to SYNC. Black & white logo = not sync Colour logo = already synced

Step 4 : Click 'Yes' button if you don't want to edit details.

Pergi ke Shopee Seller Centre -> Setting -> My Addresses, set alamat ${color}#0550ff ke alamat : ${color}[#0550ff](15 Jalan Utarid U5/27, Seksyen U5, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor). Manakala alamat default & return adalah alamat rumah anda.

Pergi ke Shopee Seller Centre -> Shipment -> Shipping Setting, ikut tetapan seperti gambar di bawah.

Pergi ke Shopee Seller Centre -> Shipment -> Shipping Setting, Day to Ship set ke 2 seperti gambar di bawah.

Gabungkan Akaun Shopee dengan Akaun Kumoten.

How does it work?

Make sure you have integrated your Kumoten account with your Lazada or Shopee seller account. MyStore will ease you to view which products that you have synchronized to marketplaces.

Why MyStore?

We use this specifically so that users are able to view their recently synced items in their account. This is to prevent double syncing.Users are also able to immediately edit the price before they sync items to their Marketplaces. Product quantity will also be updated once a day. But we would still recommend asking our Live Chat Support should you have any doubts on our product quantity.

How to Fulfill My Shopee Order?

Fulfill My Shopee Order

Update Tracking Number On Shopee

Your orders will auto-push into your Kumoten account.
Auto order will push into your Kumoten account every 1 hour. (If you received Shopee order at 2.15pm, Kumoten shall receive your order between 3.00pm – 4.00pm)
Please ensure that you have enough credits in the Kumoten account to allow the system to automatically place order. Learn More Topup Credit
If your Kumoten account does not have credit or insufficient credit, the order will be in the Pending Carts.

Log in to your Shopee Seller Centre and click 'My Orders' at the left navigation bar.

Order will be appeared under 'To Ship' column. Then, click "Ship" button.

Copy the tracking number from Kumoten ( Completed Orders -> Click on the Details icon )

Select courier company. (SkyNet / ABX Express / PosLaju) and paste the tracking number into the Tracking column.
