What you can do to reduce order cancelation rate & maintain your good store rating

Order cancelation will affect your Lazada & Shopee store reputation & rating, you may follow steps below to reduce the cancelation rate:

Please contact your customer saying that you will refund the amount to his/her bank account
Please take note that transaction fee of around 2 ~ 2.12% will be charged by Lazada & Shopee.

Get your customer's Bank Account Number.

Bank in the order amount to your customer's bank account.

Update the order status to Ready To Ship (RTS) on your Shopee ( User's Guideline ) or Lazada ( User's Guideline ) within 48 hours.

Update the order status to Delivered on your Lazada within 14 days. ( User's Guideline )
