How To Setup Product Picture Frame? [Product Decorations]
Due to recent marketplace policy changes, you are required to have your own unique product picture frame for higher chance of approval of your products.
It is recommended to setup both Shopee and Lazada eventhough you didn't use one of the platform to sell.
Login to your KUMOTEN Seller account.
Click on "My Power Tools" at the sidebar of your dashboard.
Click on "Lazada Product Decoration" > "Deco Settings"
Click on "Frame Editor" button to create your frame using our platform.
NOTE: If you have your own frame already, you may upload it by clicking on "Choose File" button and select your frame png file. You may skip step 5.
Design your product picture frame by filling in the design details. Once you are done, click on "SAVE" button.
Repeat step 1.3 to 1.5. But instead of clicking on "Lazada Product Decoration", click on "Shopee Product Decoration".
