How To Request Order Cancellation
Handle your Kumoten dropship account with ease. Follow the guide step-by-step now.
Step 1 :
Go to Dashboard. Click 'My Orders' > 'Completed Orders'.
Step 2 :
Click on the icon in 'Action' column to check on the order status in detail.
Step 3 :
Click red button 'Request to Cancel' at the bottom right corner.
Step 4 :
Select the reason for order cancellation.
Step 5 :
Upload the order cancellation proof. Click 'Choose File' > 'OK'.

Please upload the correct order cancellation proof to Kumoten to avoid rejection of order cancellation request.
How to Check Order Cancellation Status?
The cancel order request details will be shown at the bottom part of the order page.
Dropshippers will receive a notification via email whenever there is an update on the order cancellation status.
