How to reject buyer's order cancelation request at or after RTS (Ready-to-Ship) in Lazada

IMPORTANT! Please reject the cancelation request as parcels already shipped out ( orders with "Shipped" status in Kumoten ), especially PRIME sellers.
You need to respond within 21hrs 30mins from the cancelation request datetime, otherwise your order will be canceled automatically by Lazada!
You can respond to the request via Order Management Page, at Cancelation Tab, To Ship Tab or Order Detail Page

What you can do?

Log in to your Lazada Seller Centre

Go to Order Management page

Respond via Cancelation Tab

Respond via To Ship Tab

5.Respond via Order Detail Page

You can choose Reject Cancelation to reject the buyer's request
