How to handle OUT OF STOCK order?

You might see this remark in your Pending Cart list:

Variant id 500021xxx is out of stock

Why is this order in Pending Cart?

It happens very rarely. We have different warehouses, sometimes warehouse A restocking, but warehouse B out of stock.

Good News! As you are our loyal customer, we will propose a FREE UPGRADE VERSION PRODUCT for your customer.

What can you do?

Keep calm and wait for about 2 to 3 hours ( warehouse might updating the latest inventory ).

If still out of stock, click on the VIEW icon to see the order detail as shown below.




Click on the product's name to see what product is that.




Go to PRODUCTS page and search for a similar product.

Once found the product, contact our customer support ( live chat ) and request for FREE UPGRADE VERSION PRODUCT.
